Bug reports
If something on the site behaved oddly, mail hello@syncreticon.com with the URL where it happened, a description of what went wrong, and (if you can) the time. We watch logs but the human report is always faster.
Postal
We're online-first; physical post is unusual. For matters that genuinely need paper, email first and we'll provide a service address.
