What truth can only be found in silence?

Hebrew Yod: 'open hand' — the smallest letter, the seed of every other letter. The Hermit holds the lantern of the six-pointed star — Solomon's seal — which contains the six directions plus the centre. His withdrawal is not from people but to the source from which he can then return to them.
